What was the highlight of Occidental Costa Cancún
A wonderful experience
It had entertainment nightly. The staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent, especially in the Mexican and the Italian restaurants.
The description of a beach was less than appealing. Very slippery and jagged rocks to get to a very small section of actual beach area. Unfortunately, I was right by the stage so nightly and early in the morning 9:13 AM to be precise the music started, and the late night shows were very loud. I don’t recommend this for people travelling with children.

What was the highlight of Occidental Costa Cancún
Good
Has a small private beach with a bar which a great view. Staff are very friendly and always cleaning. Also the other guests were very friendly which made our stay great.
The food is not great, We would most nights go out to eat. There is a great Mexican restaurant across the road. When you check in, you are not told any details about your stay, as in where the restaurant is, what time breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. They expect you to know this, also we went to the Mexican restaurant on site and was refused as we did not make a reservation. If we was informed about these little things then it would have been better.

What was the highlight of Occidental Costa Cancún
Great hotel with a affordable price and some minor inconveniences
Restaurant Food was very good. The beach access was quick. The additional activities offered at the hotel.
We had one power outage that lasted about 10 minutes. The water line was cut in the night until the next morning at about 9am. This was apparently, as told by the staff, a outage on the whole Hotel Zone in Cancun. As a bonus the animation music could have more variety.

Perfect.
Amazing resort with professional employees and delicious food. In special a thanks for Davi, Carlos, Alyn, Pepe, Alfredo and Chef Cocom. This went my best decision.
